Grey colt foal born June 2006

By Al Reeh Janoob (Chatanz x Shuwaimeh Bint Warda) out of Harysa (Eldon x Hortensja).

Colt foal by our very successful racing stallion Al Reeh Janoob out of pure Polish mare Harysa. This is a solid, well made colt. I don't anticipate that he will be very tall, maximum 14 hands 3", might just make 15 hands but he will be a strong, powerful lad well up to some serious work. His sire Al Reeh Janoob raced 55 times in five seasons with AHS and ARO and was in the winners enclosure on 43 occasions 12 of them in first place. He completed 2 AHS marathons in 9th and 13th place. At the age of 11 years he switched from Flat racing to Endurance and having achieved Advanced Status this summer we have plans for him to participate in race rides in 2007. Without tempting fate and with my fingers crossed behind my back, I can tell you that at no time throughout his career so far has Al Reeh Janoob gone lame.........that's a tough horse!

We have retained a son of Al Reeh Janoob hence this year's boy is for sale. Hattal has the same laid back temperament as his sire and with Chatanz as his grandsire he would make an excellent Endurance prospect, a good all rounder, or even a race horse. Available after weaning January 2007. To give them the best start I don't wean my foals until they are 7 months old.
