Krayaan Jesra was born here at Pearl Island Arabians. Backed at the age of four and introduced to the race track Jesra clearly showed us that the short sharp race was not to his liking, he needed to go much further for much longer. Obviously Jesra was taking after his dams side of the family, historically the Al Kray were renowned for their ability to gallop miles and retain enough stamina to fight a fierce battle at the end of that journey. We moved him over to the Endurance circuit first in the capable hands of Rob Sedgely and currently he is with Jayme Bone who introduced him to race rides during 2004/2005.

For relaxation Jayme has taken Jesra jumping and he has won Dressage classes. Another Pearl Island stallion with an exceptional temperament enabling him to participate in most disciplines. During the winter Jesra lives out with Jayme's gelding Kruger.

On a visit back home during 2006 Jesra covered Sabeeha Bint Krayaan producing a colt that is a replica of himself.
